Here are the academic management plans for the first semester of 2022.
(This academic management plan, which will be announced as of February 9th, can be changed later.)

The operation of classes is as follows.
A. Classes with less than 100 students are based on the operation of face-to-face classes and non-face-to-face classes.
B. Classes with more than 100 students are non-face-to-face classes or parallel (face-to-face and non-face-to-face simultaneously).

- Class types are divided into face-to-face/non-face-to-face/parallel (face-to-face & non-face-to-face simultaneously).
- In principle, face-to-face/non-face mixing (weekly, day-by-day) methods are not allowed.
- All face-to-face classes must comply with quarantine standards at the university level.

C. In the case of graduate school, face-to-face classes or parallel (face-to-face & non-face-to-face simultaneous) classes are in principle.
However, in the case of large-scale lectures, non-face-to-face classes can be conducted depending on the supply and demand situation of the classroom. Parallel (face-to-face & non-face-to-face simultaneous) classes are recommended.

2. In principle, the operation method of non-face-to-face classes is based on real-time lectures, and recorded lectures are not allowed.

A. In principle, real-time lectures are mandatory for online lectures conducted in parallel (online and offline) or completely conducted in online basis.

B. For recorded lectures, they are allowed only when it is inevitable, such as reinforcement or lectures during the exam period, etc.
Recording lectures are allowed through the "approval procedure" of universities and institutions that open courses :
1) Lecture materials must be uploaded before lecture time,
2) In principle, it should provide newly recorded lecture contents this semester.
Also, you have to do online learning activities with the students during the designated class time.

3) The days and times of the week for non-face-to-face classes are as follows.
A. Considering the proportion of non-face-to-face lectures by department, a day of the week is assigned only for non-face-to-face classes.
B. Time allocation is divided into the morning and afternoon of a specific day.
- In addition, the ratio and day of the week of the non-face-to-face class may vary depending on the circumstances of the university (department).

4) As for the method of score evaluation, face-to-face tests are the basic principle.

A. In principle, the test method shall be a face-to-face test, and the test period for the implementation of the face-to-face test shall be two weeks.
1) Interim exams are from April 20 to May 3, and final exams are from June 8 to June 21.
2) During the exam period, the first week is the exam period for the 3rd and 4th graders, and the 2nd week is for the first and second graders. However, in graduate school, the circumstances of each department will be taken into account and considered.
3) In the case of subjects taking the final exam in the 15th week, the legal number of school days have to be met.
4) In principle, classes outside of the exam period should be taught online.

5. The criteria for assigning classrooms for face-to-face and non-face-to-face classes are as follows.

A. The standard for the number of classrooms in face-to-face classes and parallel (face-to-face and non-face-to-face classes) is assigned according to the number of seats with one space in between seats or with the installment of partitions.
B. Non-face-to-face classes are not assign classrooms.
C. When conducting a face-to-face test, a separate test room is assigned through the university administration office or the institution that opens the subject.

6. The method of class (class type), the method of grade evaluation, and the test schedule to be announced before enrollment.
A. Class types are divided into face-to-face, non-face-to-face, and parallel (face-to-face & non-face-to-face simultaneously), and the lecture plan proposal should confirm it.
B. In principle, the class type does not change during the semester.

7. In the case of Sejong Campus, a separate standard is applied.
