Information on the application and correction of English statements for those who are scheduled to graduate in February 2022

- We inform you of the new application (not entered) and correction of English names for those who are scheduled to graduate in February 2022, so students who want to register or modify English names should apply as follows. (Student who are expected to graduate in February, 2022, should submit his/her name in English for Graduation Certificate which will be issued in English together with in Korean one.)

- Below -

※ Those who do not enter English names are not issued English graduation certificates (The excepted graduates whose name in English is not found on the university records, will only be given the gradation certificates in Korean only).
※ Graduation certificates are not reissued or additionally issued. (Graduation Certificate is issued once and only on Graduation day.)

1. Applicants: Those who are expected to graduate in February 2022 among undergraduate students (completed students) (Students who are expected to graduate in February 2022)

2. How to apply for new and corrected names: Submit ⓐStudent No., ⓑDepartment, ⓒName in Korean, ⓓName in English at your department's office.

(1) Passport Holder
Write the same passport and spelling. (Name must be spelled the same as your passport)

(2) No Passport Holder
1) Write in the form of "Last name, First Name" format, and write the last name all in capital letters.  
2) The first letter of the first name begins with an uppercase letter and afterwards is free to be written. (first letter should be written in capital letters)

3. Application period: ~02.01.28 (Friday), 2022 (Submission should be made by no later than January 28, 2022)
