Students who need to take the following program, please read the guidelines carefully and pass the credits.

1. Attendance Recognition Guide
A. Special Lectures (October~November Prospected) : ZOOM attendance + Satisfaction Survey
B. Academic Conference (October 1st) Participants (19 Teams) : Satisfaction Survey
C. Academic Conference (October 1st) Observers : Satisfaction Survey + Simple Impressions
D. Seminar (November prospected) : ZOOM attendance + Satisfaction Survey
* Academic Conferences, seminars, and surveys are proceeded by the student council.
2. Allocated professor counseling notice
A. Counseling Week (Oct. 4th ~ Oct. 15th prospected)
- Method : Designates a representative student per allocated prof. and proceeds a group consultation with students
- Documents : There is no need for individual students to submit any documents as the representative students will submit their documents.
B. Individual Counseling if one cannot participate in the Counseling Week
- The method of counseling is not limited to face-to-face, e-mail, kakaotalk, Zoom etc. while participants are not limited to single or multiple.
- Apply for counseling in the easiest method for you via contacting your assigned professor via e-mail.
- Proof of Counseling : Captured Pictures, E-mail Copies, Confirmation in case of visited counseling
